DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT

Browse our menus and decide what you'd like to order.

Our menus are up to date but we request that you provide a list of 1 or 2 alternate strains in case something sells out before we can process your order.

SEND US AN EMAIL

Send a list of what you'd like to order to highvoltageextracts@gmail.com.

Make sure your list is clear and concise.

Example:

7 x Nuken Live Resin

Alternate strain: Purple Kush Live Resin

RECEIVE AN INVOICE

We'll reply to your email to confirm your order.
We'll also send an invoice that outlines the amount owing for your order. Your invoice will contain detailed Etransfer payment instructions.

ORDERING FAQ

Your Order Request

Please send a clear an concise order request email; this speeds up the process for everyone and avoids emails back and forth. 

If you've ordered from us previously we likely have your name and shipping address on file, however, it's best to include this info when you order.

If you have a new shipping address please provide it BEFORE you send a payment for your order.

Do You Require Photo ID?

If you've ordered from us previously we do not require photo ID as we consider you "ID checked"

​

If this is your first order please provide photo ID in your order email.

We do not sell to minors. You must provide a copy of your government-issued Canadian ID. You can blank out portions of your ID but we must be able to see your birth date, name, and expiry date.

Note: We do not store IDs and we will never share your personal information with anyone.

When Are The Menus Updated?

We are in a continuous process of restocking our menus to ensure all products are fresh.

Please check the menus often for updates.

SHIPPING FAQ

Is There A Shipping Cut Off Time?

If your Etransfer is received by Noon (Pacific Time) then it will ship the same day (Monday-Thursday). If paid for after Noon (Pacific Time) then we ship the next business day. We do not ship on Fridays-no exceptions.

We recommend allowing 2-3 hours for your payment to process. 

Do You Require A Signature On Packages?

A signature is required for all packages we ship. This ensures the package arrives safely into your hands. We realize this may require you to go directly to a post office to pick up your package, but again we want to ensure the package arrives directly into your hands.

We use Canada Post Xpress Post. This is the fastest shipping option from our island location.


Your package will arrive in discreet packaging to your door. There is nothing on the package to indicate you’ve ordered from an extract company.

What Are Your Shipping Rates?

Xpresspost Shipping Rates:

  • BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan =$19.00 per order

  • Manitoba, Ontario = $27.00 per order

  • Nunavut, NWT, Yukon, Quebec & Atlantic Provinces = $32.00 per order

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

All orders will be shipped from our slice of paradise on Vancouver Island. Your distance from us determines how quickly you will receive your package.

Due to our island location, you might notice an additional 12-18 hours of shipping time.

​

Regional Orders (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba) usually arrive within 2-4 business days. National Orders (Nunavut, NWT, Yukon, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, PEI) usually arrive within 3-5 business days.

​

Keep in mind that rural or remote areas may require additional shipping time.

​

From the time you place your order to the time you receive your package could be anywhere from 3-7 days.

Do You Provide a Tracking Number?

Yes, all orders ship with Canada Post Express and a tracking number. Your tracking number will be emailed to you - please check your Spam/Promotions folders

Tracking numbers often go out on the day your order ships, however sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to upload.

PAYMENT FAQ

What Payment Options Are Accepted?

We accept Interac Etransfer for all our orders.

​

Please ensure you carefully follow our Etransfer payment instructions so we can process your order quickly.

​

Most importantly: Ensure that your ORDER NUMBER is added to the notes/message section of your transfer. This is how we connect your Etransfer payment with your unique order. 

​

**Please note our Etransfers are set to auto-deposit**

If you are prompted to add a security question and answer use the following:

Question: What colour is the sky?

Answer: blueblue

​

Please do not make up your own security question and answer.

Where Do I Send My Etransfer?

The email address for Etransfers will be provided on your invoice.

​

Please carefully review the email address before sending payment as it may occasionally change without prior notice.
